DENOMINATION: Chianti DOCG Organic
GRAPES: Sangiovese min. 75% with the addition of other complementary red grape varieties.
HARVEST: Harvested in the last week of September in organically managed vineyards after careful grape selection.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
VINIFICATION: Vinified in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of max. 25 C° with a maceration period of 10-12 days.
AGEING: Matured in cement vats for a minimum of 6 months.
TASTING NOTES: Brilliant ruby red colour of medium intensity with slight purplish violet reflections, typical aroma with notes of cherry, harmonious to the taste, fresh, medium structured, excellent drinkability with soft tannins and a fine finish of red fruits.

PAIRINGS: Ideal with red meat dishes, cured meats, lightly matured cheeses and savoury first courses.
